Yes. Payment is made online with a secure card payment. After payment, we finalise the booking and you receive confirmation, details and invoice by email.

After payment, what will I receive by email?

Like major booking platforms, you first receive a payment acknowledgement, then the final confirmation once the booking is validated with the hotel: confirmation number, stay details, cancellation terms and invoice. Keep these emails until you travel — you may need them at check-in.

Can I cancel my booking?

Terms depend on the chosen rate (flexible or non-refundable) and are shown before payment. On a flexible rate within the deadline: cancel from My account by entering your IBAN; the stay is refunded by bank transfer within 5 to 8 business days. We keep a 4.9% booking fee; the Klarna surcharge is not refunded. A non-refundable rate can also be cancelled from My account, with no refund. You can also write to us at contact@litchi-travel.com.
